Downloadable Forms
The link above will take you to the Colorado Department of Property Taxation’s website to download declaration forms for all personal property types. These forms must be returned to the Boulder County Assessors Office, or the County within which the assets are located as of 1/1/2023. Please do not mail them to the State of Colorado.
