Elder Rights & Long-Term Care Ombudsman

Boulder County Area Agency on Aging works to protect the rights of elders to live safely, with dignity and to be free from abuse, neglect or financial exploitation.

Healthy Aging Programs

The AAA offers a wide variety of evidence-based wellness programs, along with nutrition counseling and education, plus dental assistance and other programs.

LGBTQ+ Programs & Services

Outreach and support for LGBTQ+ older adults; trainings on inclusiveness and responsiveness to the unique needs of the LGBTQ+ community.

Medicare Counseling

Education and guidance for Medicare beneficiaries regarding enrollment, benefits, and the appeals process.

Veterans Services

The Boulder County Veterans Services Office develops and submits claims for benefits to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
